Founded by Baptiste Melileo in a lane of old Clarens, Byron Studio occupies a vaulted cellar dating from 1640, fitted with an isolated recording booth and a mixing control room. A plaque at 8 Rue des Artisans recalls that Lord Byron stayed there in 1816, and that Alexandre Vinet died there in 1847. The studio offers recording, mixing, mastering and mobile sound capture. Like most recording studios, the place is not open to visitors: it works by appointment.
