Recognisable by its stone steeple and slender spire, the Temple Saint-Théodule dates largely from the fourteenth century, before being substantially remodelled between 1792 and 1796, then in 1900 and 1961. It was here that Patrick Juvet, born in Montreux in 1950 but who spent his entire childhood and youth in La Tour-de-Peilz, worked at the organ as a diligent pupil, a few years before his melodies reached the top of the hit parades. The building today houses two mechanical organs, both later than his student years: the gallery organ, built in 1991 by Jean-François Mingot, with three keyboards and pedals, and a choir organ of 1995 designed by the organist Gaël Liardon, given by his family after his death in 2018. It was also in this temple that his family and friends paid him a last tribute, on 19 April 2021.
